Delete your Skawin account and data
You can delete your Skawin Medical & Healthcare app account from the app: sign in, open Settings, choose Delete account and data, and confirm. Account deletion is permanent.
What we delete
We delete your app sign-in and the customer profile, saved family members, saved addresses, service enquiries, and associated records linked to your account.
Request deletion if you cannot access the app
Email skawinmhc@gmail.com with the subject Skawin app account deletion request. Include the mobile number used to sign in, with its country code, and the words Delete my Skawin account. Please do not send medical reports, prescriptions, or other health documents.
We will process your deletion request within 3 business days and email you to confirm the outcome. We may contact you to verify that you own the account.
